If you disengage with us as an employee, we are required, under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, tax details) for a period of time, and we will do this for a minimum of 5 years, after which time it will be destroyed.

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent your personal information from being accidently lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to only those employees who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
