In 1999 Dave was promoted from Project Manager to Managing Director. Dave went on to acquire Carmel as MD through a Management Buy-Out, supported by a new management team. Dave has overseen a period of steady expansion, Carmel now operates throughout the whole of the UK.
Chris joined Carmel in 2005 as Director, he became Managing Director in 2007 to take lead of the new Management Team, increasing the growth and profile of Carmel. Chris still works closely with the Company Directors and Managers to achieve the consistently high standards that Carmel are recognized for.
Tony was appointed to the board as the Operations Director in 2007, Tony has contributed significantly in establishing Carmel as a major force throughout the UK. Tony continues to oversee all operational activities working closely with the Team Leaders to provide innovative solutions to exceed client expectations.
Mel joined Carmel in 2005 bringing with him a wealth of experience to the business including financial planning, budgeting and management accounting. Mel has worked very closely with all Directors across the business, sharing his experience in the Accounts and Financial Departments.
